The Exquisite Corpse of Gavin E. Long
Drawn by Art Hazelwood, Jos Sances and Robin Légère Henderson
Gavin E. Long was a marine veteran of the Iraq war. He used his military training to kill three police in Baton Rouge. My question is about competing ideologies — the hero veteran, the killing of black civilians by police, the hero police, the killing of thousands of civilians in Iraq, the hero American soldier.—Art Hazelwood
